Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide the home and small business user a sensible alternative to a Personal IT Administrator and Consultant in an affordable way; to be able to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, (IT) knowledge, skills and tips so their computers, servers and networks can continually run at optimum performance. If at all possible, this will be done while keeping the user’s existing data and programs intact.
About Us
Tim Cummings is the owner and only employee of TC’s PC. I have over 30 years of experience as a computer “power user” and over 15 years as an IT Administrator. I provide the home user and the small business user/owner with sensible, affordable alternatives so that you can have access to a Personal IT Administrator and/or Consultant when you need one. I am currently employed full time as an IT administrator with a corporation where I am responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, backups, security and upkeep for 2 servers and 31 workstations.
I started TC’s PC because I saw that in many cases one replaced their computer only because it was running slow. I expect and get a minimum of 7-10 years out of my units as I also expect to be able to get this for my customers.
Most of the time I find a system is bogged down with viruses, malware, memory and/or storage space. Any one of these will have a major impact on the performance of your unit. We have the tools and knowledge to address these issues for you. When I complete the work for you, I expect your units to perform as they did or better than when they ran when they were new.
TC’s PC was started as a part-time sole proprietorship in March 2011 and remains the same today. Because I am the only employee in the company, you will have the assurance that you will receive the best of what I can offer with the assurance of safe keeping and integrity of your most sensitive data. I am the only person who will be repairing your unit(s)! This allows us to keep our costs and overhead to a minimum for you.
I am currently accepting clients that have 1 to 50 units in either a home or small business environment. I also support sales reps as they travel and/or are located in satellite offices across the country. I am able to be flexible for you, your needs and desires and to be able to customize a solution that will best fit your requirements. I will provide you the excellent service and value that I feel that you deserve and are entitled to so that you will be able to keep your units running at optimum performance.
I personally use the products that I recommend. This allows me the advantage of being able to assist my clients and customize variables for them based on how they utilize their unit while taking into consideration the environments that their unit(s) may be or could be placed in.
